Abstract

In this paper, a Lab on PCB (LOP) for molding the medium of cell culture is exhibited. The objective is to control its temperature at 37 ◦C ± 0.1 ◦C, to guarantee the suitable temperature conditions around the cells. The Lab on PCB is likewise ready to blend different liquids into the medium, in the event that it is vital. The combination of a PDMS microfluidic circuit over a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) brings about a savvy stage with a minimal effort manufacture prepares. The microfluidic stage of the framework incorporates three channel ports, microchannels, a micromixer and one outlet port. The right operation of the LOP guarantees that the medium is inside the satisfactory conditions in the outlet port. The PCB consolidates a NTC thermistor to gauge the temperature, and microheaters that are enacted if the medium temperature is under 36.9 ◦C. The microheater creation handle comprises of designing the copper layer of the PCB. The NTC thermistor is welded into copper cushions and inserted in PDMS to dodge the contact with the liquid. The framework is intended to permit the blending and warming of liquids and it is associated with a cell culture Lab on PCB, and to an electronic control module, which incorporate the electronic adjusting circuit of the NTC and the control of the microheaters. The consequences of this investigation concerning the warming and blending of liquids and the checking of temperature are fruitful.
