The antioxidant and anti-diabetic activity of supercritical CO2 extracts of Ocimum sanctum Ldried leaves obtained from plants grown in different areas of Satara. The antioxidant activity was made by the different assay DPPH, superoxide anion radical scavenging, nitric oxide scavenging activity methods and Anti-diabetic activity done by α inhibition method. The supercritical extracts of dried leaves of Ocimum sanctum Lconcentration (100–1000μg/ml)exhibited the highest activity.
