To evaluate the TPP-ZnO nano particle cyto toxic activity against smoking influenced spermatozoa
An experimental study
Gene Cloning and Technology Lab, VIT University, Vellore
Chronic smokers who came for first time for infertility issues
Tea poly phenol (TPP) mixed zinc oxide nanoparticle with smoker's semen against untreated control was analyzed.
Spermatozoa motility, viability and appearance of morphology.
TPP mixed ZnO nano particle will give maximum (5%) of motility and MTT-IC50 shows the maximum viability (P<0.001) with positive morphological changes which near to untreated control.
Metal toxicity from smoking effect on sperm motility and viability was reduced or improved with another natural antioxidant of TPP through ZnO nano delivery
