A Study of Employees Acceptance Level in Pharmaceutical Company

The main aim of this research is to study the acceptance level of employees working in pharmaceutical company. The survey was conducted in the company during lunch break and the findings were summarized and given to management for necessary action. Result of this study is expected to contribute new innovation in the development of pharmaceutical company and for the needed changes.
