Two compounds were isolated from the leaf part of Euphorbia hirta Linn growing in Tamil Nadu, India. The compounds were isolated by preparative HPLC and their purity was evaluated by HPLC-DAD. Their structures were established on the basis of detailed spectroscopic techniques like FTIR, NMR and LCMS.
