In this study, iron was assayed in 16 kinds of infant formula, two extraction methods (dry ashing and deposition protein by trichloroacetic acid) and two methods of assay (colorimetric method and flam atomic absorption) were used. every two methods were compared. Iron content in samples was within the acceptable and declared limits.
