The compound 2-p-anisilidienyl 3-(benzothiazolyl-2’)hydrazono-5-p-anisilidiene-4 thiazolidinone has been synthesized by taking 2-hydrazino benzothiazole as a starting material. Regrettably the compound has poorly soluble in aqueous solvent. Consequently its inclusion complex is build up by taking β-cyclodextrin. The physical and spectral characteristics conforms formation of inclusion complex. Although different methods available for the preparation of inclusion complexes, but co-precipitation method is used here. Phase solubility diagram is constructed for selection of 1:1 stoichiometric ratio between compound and β-cyclodextrin. The free energy of activation and thermodynamically permittivity of the compounds predicts stability of the complexes.
