Detection of heat shock protein 32 and heat shock protein 60 in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

50 samples from patients with inflammatory bowel disease who visited Marjan Hospital and Al-Hilla Teaching Hospital for both sexes were collected for the stream study. Ages 20 to 70 were represented by 30 samples of women and 20 samples of males. According to the findings, there were 60% more women than men. The level of hsp32 was tested since it was discovered that levels of the protein rose with age (61-70 years), reaching a level of 262.0000013.11488pg/ml as opposed to the level in the control group (158.3333118.24692pg/ml).
