Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a subjective value assigned to the quality of services provided. Patients frequently compare service satisfaction in clinics and pharmacies, so it is necessary to assess patient satisfaction by evaluating patient satisfaction as one of the factors to improve the quality of service in clinics and pharmacies.

This study time to compare the quality of clinic and pharmacy services. This is a quantitative analytic study in which the data was analyzed univariately and bivariately using SPSS.

According to the findings of this study, the majority of respondents in clinics are adolescents, whereas the majority of respondents in pharmacies are adults. In clinics, women outnumber men, while men outnumber women in pharmacies. meanwhile, there are significant differences in service satisfaction between pharmacies and clinics in terms of dependability, responsiveness, empathy, physical evidence, and assurance, with P value = 0.5.

According to the findings of this study, there are significant differences in the quality of pharmaceutical services provided by pharmacies and clinics.
