The present reviews provide the information of the marketed name of polyherbal formulation, its ingredient or the composition as well as their pharmacological activities. The analysis also reported the effectiveness of the herbal products for the treatment of numerous diseases such as anti-diabetic, hepatoprotective, common cold, antiplasmodial, antioxidants, antiasthmatic activity, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, skin disorder, Wound healing, Mood disorder, Cardiovascular disorder, Antihyperlipidemic and Anthelmintic. The overview of the present investigation also provides the importance of traditional system of medicine because these herbal products were a combination of different medicinal plants with various chemical compounds that are effective for healing. Polyherbal formulation is widely used in all around the globes but the standardization and the quality control is still unexplored, therefore; the scientist and the researchers need to give an importance to development these mixture of medicinal plants in clinical ways to compete with the synthetic drugs available in the market.
