Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent and complex endocrine condition that affects 5 to 20% of reproductive-age women and is a leading cause of hirsutism and infertility. Selected 100 women were intentionally divided, according to the cause of infertility, into 50 infertile women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and 50 nonpolycystic ovarian syndromes (Male factor) used as a control group. For each patient, measurement of Activin A, Fibrillin-3 hormones, and Betacillulin growth factor in serum was done on: The day of the ovum collection and the day of the embryo transfer (ET). In follicular fluid on the day of the ovum collection. Human ACV-A, FIB-3, and BTC growth factor ELISA kits of Sunlong biotech products allow for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ACV-A(3.4-200pg/ml), FBN-3(1.6-65ng/ml), and BTC growth factor (38-2000pg/ml) concentrations in serum and follicle fluid. Fifty subfertile women were diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and 50 infertile women had no PCOS (male factor). There was no significant(P>0.05) difference in the mean age between the non-PCOS group and the PCOS group, (30.44± 3.89 versus 31.16± 2.41years). Highly significant differences were encountered between PCOS and Non –PCOS groups when we measured, serum and follicular of (ACT a, FBN-3, BTC) on the day of ova pickup(OPU), serum of (ACT a, FBN-3, BTC) on the day of embryo transfer. All these variables were highly significantly (P<0.001) higher in PCOS groups in comparison with non-PCOS groups for ACT a, while these variables were highly significantly (P<0.001) in non-PCOS groups in comparison with PCOS groups for (FBN-3, BTC).
