A straightforward, quick, accurate, and exact HPTLC-High-Performance Thin Layer Chromatography technique was created and approved for the measurement of Ursodeoxycholic acid, which is mostly utilised to treat illnesses connected to the liver. Using a silica gel 60F254 Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) plate and a 7:3 v/v Ethyl acetate: Methanol mobile phase, chromatography was performed. At 215nm, the densitometric measurement was made. A strong linear association between response and concentration was seen in the calibration plot’s regression analysis data for the 200-1200ng/band range. At 0.997, the variance (r) was discovered. The results showed that the Limit of Quantitation (LOQ) was 103.162ng/band, and the Limit of Detection (LOD) was 34.043 ng/band. The procedure is validated as per ICH guidelines. With percentage recoveries in the range of 100.055±0.229% and %RSD 0.342-0.590 (intraday) and 0.874-1.139 (interday), respectively, the procedure was exact and accurate.
