Simple emulsion/solvent evaporation was used to successfully create microparticles containing resveratrol. Suitable encapsulation efficiency values of greater than 80% were seen in all formulations. The microparticles with their rough surface and pore presence were evident. A lack of a chemical connection between resveratrol and polymers was shown by Fourier-Transformed Infrared spectra. The relationship between microencapsulation and drug amorphization was demonstrated by X-ray powder diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry investigations. The resveratrol dissolution profile was postponed by using Polyvinyl alcohol and tristearin.
