Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the alterations and clinical significance of serum Lipid profile, Hb (gm%), blood sugar and blood urea. The changes in the haematological and biochemical parameters were observed. in untreated and treated patients using O. sanctum. A total of 24 sample of aged gp. 60-80yrs old patients of either sex were subjected to hematological clinical trial of the ayurvedic drug Ocimum sanctum and 5 underwent the lipid profile study.
