Benzimidazoles are a group of homogeneous chemical structures. They have several important pharmacological activities. During the synthesis of new series benzimidazoles researchers must select the type of activity to be studied. It is therefore necessary to have an idea about the potential activities of synthesized benzimidazoles. The present review reports the main areas of interest benzimidazoles.
