Animals provide nutrient-rich food products (milk, wool, egg, meat etc.) draught power, dung that is used as organic manure and domestic fuel, hides and skin as well as a regular source of cash income for rural households. Adoption of advanced scientific management practices by our livestock owners will ensure maximum benefit in terms of valuable animal products, and improve the livelihood quality and income.
