In line with Ayurveda Shigru differs from other plants in that it possesses both the virya Pradhan and the rasa Pradhan qualities found in Aushadi and Ahariya dravyas. Its nutritional value is great and its therapeutic uses are amazing. An antioxidant herb is moringa. Nature has given us access to an extensive library of cures for all human maladies.
