We describe and analyze a new digital signature scheme. In 2004, Tzeng et al. proposed a digital signature scheme based on the difficulty of simultaneously factoring of a composite number and computing discrete logarithm problem. However, their scheme requires only one public key and one private key. In this paper, we propose a new digital signature scheme based on factoring of a composite number with different parameters. In our opinion, our scheme is better than Tzeng et al. scheme in a sense that our scheme is more secure than the earlier one.
