This paper proposes the concept of ANOVA, Two-way ANOVA and assumptions of ANOVA. This accommodates linear model in Two-way ANOVA with different sum of squares, degrees of freedom's, mean sum of squares, ANOVA, the inference about the analysis and also explain the MS-EXCEL procedure for calculations of Two-way ANOVA.
