The sunlight contains UV electromagnetic light which is very harmful, can cause skin damage, such as sunburn, skin cancer, oxidative damage to skin cells. Various sunscreen formulations available in the market which contains chemicals as active agent and excipients. In this work we evaluated sun protection activity of Indian cow dung as natural and organic sunscreen agent.
