The issues of creating “Smart cities” on conditions of using systems of intellectual means of transportations. Moreover, here we can see data including innovational procedures in the application of the project called “Smart cities” , wise control over traffic in cities, the reduction in the number of traffic accidents, collection of data of digitalized roads, the methods which do not involve cables on the ground of the technological approach which is called “Power Cube 500”.
