Expenditure on food is the largest component of household expenditure and dining out with families and friends has become more popular as people‟s disposable income has increased. Consequently, the eatery industry is one of the most dynamic economic sectors in NCR (National Capital Region) and a major source of financial activity; thus, creating customer loyalty in this huge potential market is extremely important. The point of this study is to build up a structural equation model (SEM) of behavioral expectations towards eatery. This study sets up the significance of customary dedication builds, for example, perceived quality, sacrifice, perceived risk, perceived value, satisfaction and reputation, and affirms the pertinence of the Indian social estimation of face.
