Core skills are prerequisite to improve our quality of life, become successful in our endeavors, and find happiness and fulfillment; Core skills are fundamental skills that we cannot do without if we want to become effective individuals. The main purpose of the present study is to compare the core, life skills of students studying in co-education and single sex schools. The study was conducted on 100 students (50 Boys and 50 Girls) on 4 high schools situated at Palwal district of Haryana. t test was used to analyse and interpretation of the data. The findings of the study reveal that there is significant difference of core life skills between girls and students studying in co-educational and single sex schools. Thus we can conclude that Types of school has a deep impact on the basic life skills.
