The present study was conducted to measure the relationship between personality traits and spiritual intelligence among secondary school teachers of Delhi. The sample consisted of 127 secondary school teachers of Delhi. Spiritual intelligence scale (2010) developed by Dr. Santosh Dhar and Dr. Upinder Dhar and Multidimensional Personality Inventory developed by Manju Aggarwal were used to measure spiritual intelligence and personality traits. Data were analysed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Findings show that there is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence with self-concept, independence–dependence, temperament and adjustment and negative relationship between introversion, anxiety and spiritual intelligence accordingly. Based on these results, we conclude that the spiritual intelligence and personality traits are two important components for secondary school teachers and they play a meaningful role in the teaching–learning process in the schools.
