Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness-A Way Towards Quality Education

Development of a nation depends upon the education and its quality. The quality of education depends upon the teachers as it has been rightly said that destiny of any nation is shaped in its classrooms. It is a hard fact that whenever, there is a discussion or debate about the quality of education we talk about infrastructure, library facilities, laboratory equipments and facilities, placement, academic achievement of students, pupil-teacher ratio, faculty inputs etc but there is a crucial area about which we should discuss i.e. accreditation of the faculty. The main purpose of this research paper is to study the areas on which the teaching effectiveness can be evaluated and the process of evaluation.
