Teacher Effectiveness in Relation to Their Job Satisfaction and Occupation Stress

Abstract

In this reflective paper, an attempt has been made to explicate the goal of any education is to provide harmonious development if an individual which ultimately depends on the quality or effectiveness of teachers. Only effective teachers can explore hidden capacities of students and mould their behavior into desirable directions. An effective teacher helps in achieving the desired outcome, but his effectiveness depends upon his adjustment in the environment and job satisfaction. If teacher has some occupational stress and low job satisfaction he should not be able to give hundred percent to the students. So the question arises whether different personality type of teachers have different pattern of adjustment and teacher effectiveness.
