Relationship of parental encouragement with Self-Confidence of XII class students

The present study points out that positive and significant correlation is found between Parental Encouragement and Self-Confidence of boys and girls of XII Class. It is also found that there is significant and positive correlation between Parental Encouragement and Self-Confidence of XII Class students of Urban Area and Rural Area. Hence it is recommended that parents should encourage their children so that they can develop self-confidence and get success in life. This study also indicates that Rural and Urban parents are equally aware about encouragement to students hence it is recommended that parents should take interest all those activities which develop and improve self-confidence in their children.
