Internet marketing includes the use of the Internet as a medium, to market, sell, distribute and promote the products. Online shopping is becoming a habit of everyone. With the evolvement of a high-speed network like 4G and 5G, it is becoming a routine task for most people. Outside India, online shopping is as common as any other way of buying. In India, a large consumer market exists, so the potential of online shopping is phenomenal. As of now the growth in this area is still not as par as the global market. Marketing technique also plays an important role in the growth of online purchasing. The researcher has tried to focus on several issues in this article, which are to understand the trend in Internet marketing, to identify different factors, which affect the customer satisfaction, while making online purchasing. The researcher has used descriptive and analytical research methodology. A detailed customer survey is conducted in Nagpur city to gather the primary data from the first users.
