The study aims to comprehend the problems or limitations encountered by the nation’s common people when they request any information from the public authority. This law gives the public a way to participate in governmental activities, but this right cannot be exercised in a way that pits the citizens against the government. The purpose of this research paper is to explain the significance of India’s Right to Information Act and its practical ramifications. This study’s empirical investigation into the operation and implementation of the Right to Information Act of 2005 served as its foundation or core. The questionnaire solicited responses from a select group of the public with strong opinions about the good governance agenda enshrined in the Indian Constitution and covered issues affecting all Right to Information Act stakeholders.
