In this paper I have covers points related to Business per employee and profit per employee of 26 public Sector banks in India from last eight years i.e. 2006–07 to 2013–14. This paper also contains tables of ratios percentage wise is given, year wise and bank wise average is calculated to understand its performance. charts is also prepared to better understand the performance of banks. As per requirement Hypotheses formulated, testing, results, interpretation, conclusion is given here and lastly references is given.
