The present study investigated the marital adjustment among IT professionals in Kerala and how marital adjustment vary according to the conflict resolution styles of individuals. The study conducted among 276 IT professionals from Kerala in the age range of 20 to 50 years. Out of the 276 participants 159 were males and 117 were females. The data collected has been analysed using ‘t’ test and one way ANOVA. The study found that distressed marital adjustment is predominant among IT professionals in Kerala and those who are using positive problem solving as the dominant conflict resolution strategy have non distressed marital adjustment. It has been also found that females and males significantly differ in marital adjustment and males have comparatively better marital adjustment than females.
