This paper focuses on identifying the factors that makes the bank innovative. Today innovation is the most important aspect for banking sector also. Therefore, an attempt has been made to identify the factors which make them innovative. Further the study has been carried out to identify that which bank, of which sector is more innovative and which factor has the most contribution to become the bank to be innovative. For this purpose a well structured questionnaire is used to collect the data from the respective banks and customers of the respective banks. Various statistical tools have been used to analyze the date like Factor analysis, Weighted Average Score. The result indicated that which factor has the most contribution for innovation.
