Abstract

In this study an attempt has been made to study the Quality of Work life of selected industry in Vadodara. The present analytical study was conducted with an objective to analyze the working conditions of workers in factory. This study has identified some of the critical issues to be addressed as: management's perspective and employee's perspective their perceptions regarding their job, job satisfaction, work load, employee support, physical environment. In this research, we had undertaken a study of three firms namely “Paras Enterprise, Paras Offset and Vasu Containers with an objective to study the balance maintained between work and social environment by the employees within the organization and how these environment differs from each other. Quality of Work Life practice involves acquiring, training developing, motivating and appraising for the best performance of the employees as per Organizational objectives. Quality of Work Life provides for the balanced relationship among work, non-work and family aspects of life. We therefore, have undertaken this study influence of workers Quality of Work Life.
