HR outsourcing: A futuristic trend

The globalization has entered the next stage in its evolution as global village. The outsourcing has been the mantra for the development and growth. The phasing out of restrictions has increased competition. It affected the market conditions and in order to capture the market the organizations have to rethink on sizing the organization. The specialization has led to outsourcing of functions that support the business. The descriptive study is done by reviewing the existing literature with the objective of assessing the human resource outsourcing. So, the purpose of this paper is to examine the extent of outsourcing in service and manufacturing sector in the backdrop of changes in the administration and functions. This paper examines and constructs a model for outsourcing Human Resources Function.
