Abstract

New trends towards globalization are irrevocable. The arrangement of the source for a global social system is facilitated by science and technology and other forces. A new phase in the development of a global think container has been reached. Asummary of futures studies at the global level shows obviously that these trends have been correlated in the primary stages of development, but a new revolving point is appearing after nearly two decades. Globalization, the international firm, and emerging economies have obvious the world economic countryside during the last two decades. They will probablymaintain to describe international economic action in the predictable(expectable) future. Globalizationcan be seen as one of the most essentialpower impacting on the economy. Globalization means financial system of a country and it put forthforce on the government to become more visiblyliable, viableand approachable to citizens. The majorintention of liberalization is to free from the limitations on manufacture, growth and subsequent of strict rules and regulations. Every country in the world is touched by the globalization trend. In arrange to endure in the 21st century; companies in each industry are taking steps to enlarge globally through trade and speculation. And those companies that do not be aware of this trend will likely become a casualty of globalization. Globally, every trade is on a natural race to obtain more and more, generally by short cut revenue. In the procedure of obtain they are doing the things which are not satisfactory by society. This brings out the require of principles in business. Principles are an everyday incidence in as one's individual life as well as in corporateworld. Due to the globalization of markets and manufacture processes, an ever rising number of marketers and business organizations have to contract with ethical issues in cross-culturalsettings. This paper attempts to examine the issues and challenges of Globalization and liberalization on Indian economic growth and development. The increase of international companies is one of necessary features of economic Globalization; a part of the manuscript is dedicated to the thought of their role in this process. At the end this paper, the estimated future challenges in that process are presented.
