Each country has its own values and character based on different factors like social, political and economic and other environment in which they operate. From the environment an individual and companies learn the national ethos, which describes a code of conduct for its citizens, business house and creates the framework of the ethics. The Indian Ethos plays an important role in the better performance of the organization, without any injustice to others, decision making at the right time and place, and increases problem solving skills within the organization. Indian Ethos is a means of applicable principles of management which explores and brings to light the ancient wisdom that are in scripted in the Vedas, Vedanta, Upanishads, Srimad Bhagavath Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata and to forget Arthashastra of Chankya. Indian Ethos shapes the future with an ideal endeavour to incorporate the ideas of wisdom literature for the expansion of human's unrealised ability to attain success through other and which appreciates the prosperity of the society. This paper attempts to establish the sustainability of the organizations which is facing decision making failures and problem solving failures with reference to different sectors. The spiritual framework of ancient Indian Ethos can surely fix these management difficulties through its applicability in the organizations, where the organizations should inculcate the ancient values to bring the best performance in the organization.
