Abstract

A job interview is one chance to make an in-person impression with a company when seeking a job. One way to improve chances of getting an interview is to have a strong resume and cover letter. Adding a thesis statement to the top of the resume or cover letter is an effective way to summarize the skills and desire for the job. The job interview is a crucial part of the job application process. Doing a little research and preparing before the interview can make a big difference. The aim of this paper is to assess the opinion of employees on interview panel. The paper also analyzed the interview rounds necessary to select suitable candidates.
