In the present economic environment, managing the psychological contract has become very important and is considered as the company's most valuable resource. The psychological contract includes solid agreements between company and its employees, beyond the written contract, specifying their contributions, expectations, beliefs, promises, and obligations between both parties. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the psychological contract and job satisfaction. The descriptive research design is used for the present work.. A convenient sampling has been used to collect the data. The participants in the survey are 156 employees engaged in service organization. The tool used for job satisfaction and psychological contract are two self-formulated questionnaires. After the analysis, we conclude that job satisfaction is affected by psychological contract. Some of the suggestion based on the study is also presented in the research work.
