Abstract

Transformation of productive Human Resource is the new concept developed by the researcher; it is the process of transforming unproductive Human Resource into productive Human Resource and thereby stimulating economic development by taking all the advantages of Human Resource. The transformation of productive Human Resource is the function of GDP growth rate, population growth rate, the nature of population growth rate, transformation of surplus labour force from agriculture to other sectors, industrial development, development of tertiary sector, Advancement in education, Urbanization, foreign capital investment and the export trade. The study finds three stages in the process of economic development of any developing economy.
