Abstract

With the spectacular changes in the workforce trends and increase in labour market competition has made it essential for companies to develop the strategies to differentiate themselves from other firms. To meet these challenges; an indispensible strategy comes out in form of Employer Branding. It is a significant percept of modern management; which is a fine combination of marketing strategies for managing the human relations within an organization. This paper aims on conceptualizing Employer branding, types and its influences. Such that this paper tries to make a base for organizations through which they can build a superior image which in turn can easily attract prospective employees’ and acts as a tool for reducing a rampant attrition of employees’.
