Abstract

This paper discusses the factors that influence QWL of employees in selected Self-financing colleges in Thiruvananthapuram district of the coastal state of Kerala. This study based on both primary and secondary data. The type of research used in this article is of descriptive nature. The selected independent variables are: work load, compensation and benefits, colleagues and supervisor, working environment, working condition and career growth, family life and motivation. The outcome of the research indicates that six out of seven factors have significant influence on quality of work life and the remaining factor has no significant influences on quality of work life.
