Abstract

The study titled “A study on consumer's perception towards online shopping among college Students” was conducted in order to identify the awareness and perception of college students towards online shopping. The awareness level of online shopping, factors influencing online shopping and challenges faced while using online shopping are considered in this study. Data was collected from the 60 college's students. The data was collected using convenience sampling technique. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. The study found that some of the students have awareness about online shopping and its opportunities. As of today, customers can shop online using a range of different domestic appliances, crockery, books, canned food computers and devices.
