Total Quality Management is an approach to the art of the management that originated in Japanese industry in the 1950's and has become steadily more popular in the west since the early 1980's. TQM includes customers driven quality top management leadership and commitment, continues improvement, fast and a TQM culture. In this research paper “study on TQM in Engineering College Libraries”, focuses on which classification scheme used in library. Cataloguing card preparing made or not, then which catalogue code used for catalogue card. Engineering college libraries have been computerized or not, used which library software to record of library document in order to justify TQM.
