Role of multicultural teams (MCT) in multinational companies has significance in the present day globalized world. The utility of the multicultural teams is acknowledged not only by senior managers and executives but also by the employees. However certain associated dysfunctional conflicts hinder the performance of MCT's. This study revolves around the core issue of conflicts influenced by individual's cultural values. To address the issue, couples of theories in the literature have been used to ascertain the practicality and the industry practices to identify the mentioned problem and its rectification. It has also been discussed the limitations and scope of the research study, as time and resource constraints prevented an in depth investigation but we maintained the bare minimum requirement for the completion of the study and have also given some suggestions/ recommendations which can be helpful if practiced in the corporate sector.
