Corporate social responsibility initiatives - a case of hal

Purpose- The Aim of this paper is introduce and discuss the different aspects of CSR policies of HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) Methodology/Design/ Approach- Exhaustive literature on the topic for the concept building. And secondary data will be collected from various sources like research paper, websites, magazine and report etc. Findings- By looking at the various CSR initiatives of the HAL, it is very much visible that HAL has done lot for the upliftment of the society. Company not confined themselves to one particular problem, but with each and every problem that is being encountered by the various section of the society. Orignality/Value - This Paper show that HAL is performing social responsibility in very efficient manner.
