Abstract

Green HR refers to promotion of sustainable employee practices with the interface of every employee. Its aim is to improve sustainable awareness among employees. In India, the corporate world has been going global, it is essential to implement green HR Practices in the business. This study focuses on various HR initiatives of Indian private sectors and Public Sector Organization. A pro active action is necessary by all business sector, regulatory bodies and at large the societal participation.
