Abstract

It is evident that ‘Human Resource Management; is the backbone of any successful organization. Today, this function has systematically evolved from human resource administration to strategic human resource management. Research plays an important role in developing the field of human resource management. Hence, the objective of this study is to provide, research scholars with thoroughly analysed and structured information about the researches conducted in Human Resource Management. Bibliometrics is the method of analyzing books, articles and other publications using statistical methods. By using the method of Bibliometrics, this paper has studied the collaborations amongst different authors, organizations, countries, documents through citations, co-citations, the highest number of documents, etc. in the field of Human resource management. Bibliometrics. Paul Olet was the one to use this term for the first time in 1934.
