The technological changes have made the mobile phone services significantly useful throughout the world. At present varieties of services are offered by the mobile phone companies to their users daily. However, the satisfaction of the customer on mobile phone services measures the success of the service providers. So, it is now one of the prior objectives of the mobile phone service providers to meet the expectations of their customers and at the same time meet the current market requirements. Customers compare their perception on the quality of services and how they are satisfied overall with their experiences. Focusing on this fact, the present study has been made to analyze the satisfaction of users of Jio mobile phone services. An attempt has been made in this study in analyzing the satisfaction level of customers towards Jio mobile phone services in four major city/town of Ganjam district. The study focuses to identify the satisfaction level of users of Jio mobile phone service. The primary source of data is collected with a sample size of 200.
