Responsibility of the corporate sector is a well spread concept nowadays. Though the concept is not new, recently it has attracted the attention of almost every corporate house as well as the Government. However, the root is hidden somewhere at the individual level, which may be called individual social responsibility (which will be cited as ISR afterwards). A person who is engaged in any job or employed can set aside a few hours from the whole day and can utilise one hour in sharing his knowledge and expertise to those who need it. In society, people not only need money or its worth, money is required only for a few resources, which needs to be developed. It is not everything and at the same time may be many things. One can easily earn money by utilising his other resources and then he/she can earn other resources by using the previously earned money/wealth. Unlike corporate responsibility (ISR) is much more important and effective. However, we have only a few thousand corporates who are earning profit or can think about CSR, but we are having crores of capable individuals who can make an individual contribution.
