Talent acquisition and management: A case study of Diya systems, Mangalore

Abstract

The success of an organisation is attributed to its core employees and leaders that drive the business forward. They are the top achievers with talent and the ones inspiring others to superior performance. Diya Systems undertakes a number of talent management practices such as aligning individual and organisational goals, employee review, succession planning, feedback, rewards and recognition, training and development and appropriate compensation and benefits in order to manage the employees in the organisation and also to retain the talented employees. Creating a positive candidate experience is helping Diya to attract the best talent and stay competitive in the job market. In this respect this case study investigates in to the practices of talent acquisition and management in Diya Systems. The study suggests a suitable talent acquisition and management model that can be used by the other companies in general and Diya Systems in particular.
